Tejiendo comunidad con hilos teatrales: aporte a la formación de liderazgo comunitario a partir de ejercicios teatrales, para niños y niñas en el barrio Poblado 1 de la ciudad de Cali

Abstract

The present work of degree, addresses the relationship between the performing arts and training for community leadership. How, through theatrical exercises, contributions can be made that involve children from 7 to 10 years of age to know and work on themselves the skills and characteristics of the authentic leader; in order to generate awareness of the need for positive change starting from what to do community, getting them to reflect and visualize themselves as agents of change and propagators of the community through art, instead of following the options or negative realities that offers the environment in which they live daily. This project collects theories and contributions of training at a personal, social and theatrical level, without of course neglecting the main axis that is leadership, being these basic inputs for the realization, planning, proposal and implementation of the intervention.
