Factores que causan la rotación del personal administrativo en alquilar construcciones S.A en la ciudad de Santiago de Cali

Abstract

This research project aims to identify the factors that cause the rotation of administrative staff in ALQUILAR CONSTRUCCIONES SA in Santiago de Cali, making a compilation of information that helps us diagnose the possible causes that generate labor unrest in that area and thus be able to determine the turnover rate of the personnel in the administrative area in the city of Santiago de Cali. To carry out this project it is necessary to rely on the research already carried out and implemented by authors such as (Chiavenato 2011, Arias 1990, Flores y Rodríguez 2006, García et al 2008, Hernández 1997, Robbins 1999, Puchol 1994, Cuesta 2005, Werther, Davis 2000.). The rotation of the personnel in the administrative area of ​​the company ALQUILAR CONSTRUCCIONES SA S, in the city of Santiago de Calí, entails carrying out a thorough exercise of the working environment in the administrative department, knowing the activities and interactions of the employees and the experiences that each member has with the company since this depends on the satisfaction, resistance, participation or healthiness that the employees as fundamental pillars have with the organization. Each factor is important to carry out this study and the processes have a decisive influence in order to achieve the most appropriate solution to the problem. Although the research will be focused on the administrative department, it is necessary to know a rough outline of the general administrative environment, since topics that can be related to other departments or generalities of the company are touched without losing the fundamental orientation that concerns us. in this case, this is why the study is descriptive.
