Mobbing, una realidad que podría afectar la salud mental de empleados del sector salud

Abstract

This theoretical review article allows a perception regarding the problem of mobbing in the health sector and the possible effects on the mental health of employees. It was carried out in order to identify the possible effects that mobbing has on the mental health of the health sector. This issue of mobbing is important to be investigated from the perspective of organizational psychology due to the consequences that are generated in the collaborator, suffering both psychological and physical repercussions causing negative experiences about what the health care service is. It was possible to determine through the results that mobbing can harm any employee regardless of sex, age, gender or position held, having negative effects on the mental and physical health of the employer.
