| dc.description | El artículo presenta los resultados de la investigación realizada con trabajadores parroquiales del Arciprestazgo 17 de la Arquidiócesis de Cali, los cuales se sustentaron en la realización de entrevistas, realizadas a 9 empleados. La investigación tuvo como objetivo el de analizar la relación entre la percepción de los trabajadores del ministerio de los sacerdotes parroquiales y su vida laboral y espiritual. La sistematización y análisis de las entrevistas se realizó con la metodología de codificación axial desde donde se evidenciaron las categorías y subcategorías de investigación. Las categorías de análisis utilizas fueron tres: vivencia, conocimiento y coherencia, a partir de las cuales se analizó la influencia de las actitudes cotidianas de los sacerdotes en la percepción de los trabajadores sobre su ministerio y el impacto en sus labores y su articulación al propósito ministerial. | spa |
| dc.description.abstract | This article presents the results of an investigation carried out with workers of the parish of Arciprestazgo 17 of the Archdiocese of Cali; the investigation was based on interviews, conducted with 9 employees. The general objective of the research was to analyze the relationship between the perception of workers in the ministry of parish priests and their work and spiritual life. The systematization and analysis of the interviews was carried out with the axial coding methodology from where the research categories and subcategories were evidenced. The categories of analysis and use were three: experience, knowledge and coherence, from which the influence of the daily attitudes of priests on the perception of workers about their ministry and at the same time the impact on their work and their articulation to the ministerial purpose. | spa |
