Abstract

This article for reflection seeks to identify the situations of exclusion experienced by inmates when seeking job reintegration opportunities, with the corresponding social benefits, typical of a formal job. The development of the article is a reflection on the labor insertion process of ex-convicts, demonstrating the difficulties that arise, both individually and socially, and how relevant these difficulties are for the success of the reintegration of the ex-convict into society. In addition, the psychosocial aspects to which the development of labor reintegration should be supported according to two relevant aspects will be taken into account in order to make the restorations effective within a society. On the one hand, there are community reestablishment processes, which provide a positive relationship with society. And along with it, the few opportunities that the penitentiary center offers to be able to re-socialize in employment.
