Abstract

Mobbing, or better known as workplace or moral harassment at work, is one of the main problems that arise in the work environment and that affects not only the victim, but also their environment due to the consequences that occur and that they deteriorate the mental well-being of the collaborator and therefore, the performance of the organization. However, although it is a very common phenomenon that can trigger terror, discouragement or contempt in the person who suffers it due to hostile behavior on the part of the aggressor or aggressors, it is not an issue that gains relevance in all types of organizations and neither is it It is given the importance it should have in terms of prevention and coping strategies to mitigate the effects of this phenomenon.
