Feminicidio: comprendiendo el vínculo con el amor y la ley de un sujeto condenado

Abstract

The present research work approached from the psychoanalytic perspective the categories called characteristics of the Superego, the emotional bond and feminicide, to investigate how they influenced the occurrence of this criminal act carried out by a subject towards his sentimental partner. It is necessary to emphasize that in order to address this problem, a semi-structured interview was conducted with a criminal subject who is in a Colombian prison. This establishes the relationship of various categories with his discourse, since it is possible to control that his history is taken into account from his childhood to the present day. As a result of this research work, the place of the mother in the history of the subject and its strategic effects on the relationships that he subsequently establishes with women are highlighted. Apparently, in the sentimental relationships of the subject, according to the interview, reconstruct the relationship of the subject with the mother from aggression, violence and repetition until passing to the criminal act of feminicide.
