Abstract

The following work is focused on the creation of a web application for the information management of the Valle del Lili Foundation. The objective of this research is to "Develop a web application that allows to systematize all the processes involved in the management and administration of the requirements and incidents presented in the ERP and the SAP health vertical of the Valle del Lili Foundation", where from an analysis of the established, an improvement route is established and a new platform is proposed for the management and administration of the information provided by the users of the foundation. For this, an identification of the processes and tools currently used for the management and administration of the requirements and incidents will be carried out. The functional and non-functional requirements will be identified from the deficiencies and needs identified in the current processes and tools. Prototypes of the different interfaces that the web application will have will be designed. A relational database model will be built. We will also work on the implementation of the different graphical user interfaces based on the requirements and prototypes. To then verify that all the components of the application work correctly and comply with the requirements and finally elaborate the user manual for the different functionalities implemented in the web application.
