dc.descriptionEn el presente trabajo, se presentarán los resultados de la investigación “Un Aporte desde la cultura Indígena Embera Chamí al concepto de Familia”. La cual tuvo como objetivo Caracterizar las representaciones sociales que tienen la cultura Embera Chamí frente al concepto de familia y analizar las prácticas asociadas a los diferentes roles familiares. Realizada a cinco integrantes de la cultura Embera Chamí. Abordada desde una perspectiva cualitativa, retomando un enfoque fenomenológico, utilizando el método de caso y como técnicas para la recolección de información, la entrevista semiestructurada. Obteniendo como resultado que la cultura Embera Chamí representa la familia como el símbolo de unidad, el centro primordial de sus vidas y el núcleo vital de toda su sociedad indígena. Estableciendo como principales prácticas, el cuidado de las energías que en ella se producen, mantener el equilibrio, velar por el cuidado de todos sus integrantes, ser unidos, tener autonomía para la toma de decisiones y hacer que su cultura y legado no desaparezca.spa
dc.description.abstractIn the present work, the results of the research "A Contribution from the Embera Chamí Indigenous Culture to the Family Concept" will be presented. The objective was to characterize the social representations of the Embera Chamí culture in relation to the family concept and analyze the practices associated with the different family roles. Made to five members of the Embera Chamí culture. Approached from a qualitative perspective, taking a phenomenological approach, using the case method and as techniques for the collection of information, the semi-structured interview. Obtaining as a result, the Embera Chamí culture represents the family as the symbol of unity, the primordial center of their lives and the vital nucleus of their entire indigenous society.
