Estudio de viabilidad para la creación del negocio Stop Burger Food Truck en la comuna 17 de la ciudad de Cali

Abstract

The degree project embodied in this document presents the necessary studies to know the feasibility for the creation of the STOP BURGER FOOD TRUCK business in commune 17 of the city of Cali, with the objective of applying the knowledge acquired in the different courses of the curriculum of the Business Administration program of the Universidad Cattolica Lumen Gentium de Cali and obtain the degree as Business Administrators in semester 2 of the year 2022. This fast food business allowed the authors to awaken their entrepreneurial spirit to place it at the service of the Cali community., In Colombia, the way in which fast food is sold is changing, it is simulated as it is done in the United States of selling prepared food in mobile food carts or containers, better known as "food trucks". This is becoming stronger every day and the development of cities due to their growth and development in the housing field make it possible for this new business model to expand. Every day people are inclined to look for airy spaces or outdoor spaces to have moments of relaxation and tranquility to share with the family and be able to taste food, which they find in this type of industry. And with different menus. To develop the research, the techniques and tools that are necessary to address the points of view of market research, and marketing, technical, administrative, legal and financial will be used and will be applied in the food sector specifically in mobile stalls. In addition, a sampling will be carried out in the sector where the Food Truck will be located.
