| dc.description | El siguiente trabajo tiene como principal objetivo la presentación de una propuesta de para el mejoramiento y rendimiento del área productiva de la empresa, SERVIGRAN S.A.S, tomando como referentes las partes que dinamizan la actividad de la empresa, pues la finalidad de esta propuesta, en base a las herramientas Lean Manufacturing, es crear una visión holística de los procesos productivos e identificar las fallas o errores que afectan la calidad de su producto o servicio. El método de esta investigación permite identificar las fallas y errores en el manejo productivo de la empresa, desde una visión global que abarca todas sus áreas funcionales, caracterizando los puntos centrales, donde la actividad productiva presenta retrocesos y errores, que afectan la calidad de sus productos y servicios, por ello, se trata de un estudio de caso que sirve de herramienta para que la empresa pueda evaluar su propio rendimiento y eficacia a nivel productivo, en pro de mejorar la calidad de sus productos o servicios. | spa |
| dc.description.abstract | The main objective of the following work is to present a proposal for the improvement and performance of the productive area of the company, SERVIGRAN SAS, taking as references all the parts that stimulate the activity of the company, since the purpose of this proposal, in based on Lean Manufacturing tools, is to create a holistic view of production processes and identify faults or errors that affect the quality of your product or service.
