| dc.description | En torno al Acuerdo de paz suscrito entre el Estado colombiano y la guerrilla de las FARC, se han dado innumerables debates en torno a los factores jurídico-políticos que han impedido la consecución de la paz en el territorio nacional, con las implicaciones que esto conlleva. Siendo este el principal objetivo del presente artículo, realizado a partir de una revisión exhaustiva, selección documental y análisis hermenéutico de material académico de autores que se sustenta de forma teórica y conceptual, la investigación que se llevó a cabo. Los resultados evidencian el incumplimiento de los términos del Acuerdo, con las implicaciones jurídicas y constitucionales del tema. | spa |
| dc.description.abstract | Regarding the Peace Agreement signed between the Colombian State and the FARC guerrillas, there have been countless debates about the legal-political factors that have prevented the achievement of peace in the national territory, with the implications that this entails. This being the main objective of this article, carried out from an exhaustive review, documentary selection and hermeneutical analysis of academic material by authors that is theoretically and conceptually supported by the research that was carried out. The results show the breach of the terms of the Agreement, with the legal and constitutional implications of the issue. | spa |
