Estudio de viabilidad para desarrollar un emprendimiento, enfocado en la creación de una empresa productora de ladrillos ecológicos hechos con fibra de cáñamo en el departamento del Cauca

Abstract

The objetive of this project is to analyze the commercial, technical and financial viability for the development of an enterprise, to create a company for the production of ecological bricks made with hemp fiber. In the world there is a high concern for generating products that are friendly to the environment, in this case we want to present an-eco-sustainable alternative, producing bricks forma hemp fiber, instead of the traditional clay-based one, which in its process of manufacturing negatively impacts the environment.

In the development of the project, the construction market will be evaluated specifically of those who buy conventional bricks, degree of knowledge and interest in the use of environmentally friendly raw materials, supply and demand, establish markets and potential customers. The target market is the engineering, architecture, and construction firms of the city of Popayán, which are in charge of executing the different works in the department, as well as the hardware stores, warehouses and the trade of construction materials where these companies buy construction materials. We will do this through a survey that will allow us to identify consumers, consumption habits, perception of organic products and their willingness to buy.

A review will be carried out of the regulatory aspects that are required for the manufacture of ecological brick, because the raw material, hemp fiber, presents some restrictions for its commercialization and production in the country, so it must initially be imported from China, the world's leading producer.

A technical analysis will be carried out on production methods, machinery and equipment necessary for the manufacture of a low-cost, competitive product that meets all the quality and durability standards required in the construction sector, a world-class product. Also the labor requirements for the operational, administrative and commercial process.

A detalle financial analysis will be carried out that allows us to define the necessary investment, sources of financing, sales projections, income statements, NPV (Net present value), IRR (internal rate of return), FCL (Free cash flow), period of investment recovery, among other variables that allow us to establish the financial viability of the business.

There are many benefits that we can offer with this product, since it is totally healthy with the environment, hemp fiber has great resistance, flexibility, thermal and insulating power. It is an ecological raw material, without any type of additive harmful to health. Its use avoids the use of materials that are harmful to the environment and its waste is easily recyclable
