| dc.description | Este articulo tiene como objetivo fundamental presentar un análisis detallado del proceso de importación desde Suiza hasta Colombia de un medio de transporte tradicional y con alto reconocimiento llamado bicicleta, describiendo todo lo que compete a dicho modelo de comercialización el cual se caracteriza por efectuar un intercambio directo de bienes y servicios desde un lugar extranjero para su uso en territorio nacional. Además, se hace énfasis en los diferentes tipos de importaciones, el marco normativo que gira en torno a esta actividad y las plataformas con las que cuenta Colombia para asistir estas. Es importante destacar que, el papel que juegan las importaciones en la economía de un país es fundamental, ya que permite la adquisición de productos de mayor calidad a precios asequibles en pro de beneficiar a los consumidores. El método de investigación acogido para llevar a cabo el desarrollo de este artículo es deductivo, ya que se utilizan premisas generales relacionadas con el tema a analizar, a fin de obtener conclusiones particulares que permitan tener una perspectiva clara de cada uno de los pasos que conforman el proceso de importación de bicicletas desde Suiza hasta Colombia. En relación con el tipo de estudio adoptado para la realización de este artículo, se propone el descriptivo con enfoque cualitativo, ya que este permite incurrir en el conocimiento y la observación de fenómenos y/o comportamientos generales que tienen el propósito de señalar verdades particulares contenidas explícitamente en la situación general. Los resultados obtenidos en el artículo se basan en resaltar las diez etapas que conforman el proceso de importación de bicicletas desde suiza hasta Colombia que inicia con la ubicación de la subpartida arancelaria conforme al Decreto 2685/99 Art. 236 y la Resolución 4240/00 Art. 154 al 157 de la DIAN – División de Aranceles y finaliza con el proceso de nacionalización en el cual se presentan los documentos solicitados que soportan la mercancía importada. | dc.description.abstract | The main objective of this article is to present a detailed analysis of the import process from Switzerland to Colombia of a traditional and highly recognized means of transport called bicycle, describing everything that pertains to said marketing model which is characterized by direct exchange. of goods and services from a foreign place for use in national territory. In addition, emphasis is placed on the different types of imports, the regulatory framework that revolves around this activity and the platforms that Colombia must assist these. It is important to emphasize that the role that imports play in a country's economy is fundamental, since it allows the acquisition of higher quality products at affordable prices to benefit consumers. The research method used to carry out the development of this article is deductive, since general premises related to the subject to be analyzed are used, in order to obtain particular conclusions that allow a clear perspective of each of the steps that make up the process of importing bicycles from Switzerland to Colombia. In relation to the type of study adopted for the realization of this article, the descriptive one with a qualitative approach is proposed, since this allows to incur in the knowledge and observation of general phenomena and / or behaviorsthat have the purpose of pointing out particular truths contained explicitly in the generalsituation. The results obtained in the article are based on highlighting the ten stages that make up the process of importing bicycles from Switzerland to Colombia that begins with the location of the tariff subheading in accordance with Decree 2685/99 Art. 236 and Resolution 4240/00 Art 154 to 157 of the DIAN - Tariffs Division and ends with the nationalization process in which the requested documentsthatsupport the imported merchandise are presented.
