Estudio de viabilidad para la creación de una empresa especializada en acabados de interiores para viviendas en Santiago de Cali

Abstract

Through this degree project the viability was determined for the creation of a company specialized in interior finishes and renewable energy for homes located in the Santiago de Cali city, through a market study, operational, organizational, legal and financial technician that allowed to identify the optimal way to introduce an integral service, aimed at satisfying the current needs of those people who acquire a real estate and wish to make the finishes of the same or who wish to remodel it for taste or avant-garde.

It should be noted that, the research was carried out in the department of Valle del Cauca specifically in the municipality of Santiago de Cali during the year 2020, in which a market segment between the ages of 30 and 69 participated, representing 47.9% of the total population, taking as reference various aspects related to the behavior of the sector from the evaluation of the level of acceptance, consumption trends, the frequency of acquisition and other variables such as the stipulated price and the level of existing competition.

Given the current demands of the environment in which there are factors such as the demand for quality services executed with responsibility and integrity, it is necessary to adopt administrative policies in order to provide a wise recommendation that is apt for acceptance according to the diverse needs of the clients. Therefore, emphasis will be placed on the hiring of competent personnel, adoption of cutting-edge technological tools and marketing strategies focused on the positioning and recognition of the company.
