| dc.description | En el campo de la gerencia existen teorías y modas gerenciales que han surgido para darle respuesta a la toma de decisiones. Se realiza una revisión de literatura para abarcar temas relacionados con la toma de decisiones y así poder realizar una estrategia de capacitación al personal para aplicarlos dentro de la empresa Dico telecomunicaciones. Estas herramientas gerenciales han permitido ver este proceso desde una perspectiva holística he integral que permite al gerente visualizar una versatilidad de escenarios sobre los cuales tomar decisiones mas reflexivas y que garanticen el éxito de su gestión. El uso de herramientas gerenciales para los gerentes de proyectos es de mucha ayuda sobre que paso seguir cuando se presente algún problema en la ejecución y tomar la mejor decisión que beneficie a los participantes del proyecto y evitar retrasos. | spa |
| dc.description.abstract | In the field of management, there are management theories and fashions that have emerged to respond to decision-making. A literature review is carried out to cover issues related to decision-making and thus be able to carry out a training strategy for personnel to apply them within the Dico telecommunications company.
