Abstract

The feasibility studies allow to guide the decisions of the companies towards new investment projects, in which the company has not participated previously. Through this study, the market is explored, evaluates the technical and financial viability of the new line that is intended implement. Starting a new line of business in a company, without the studies enough, it can lead to the failure of the project, even before starting it, precisely because of the lack of knowledge of the market. With this feasibility study It is intended to provide the company Hidroambiental Ingeniería, the tools necessary to make the decision about the implementation of a new line of business called "system for taking readings, reporting and evaluation of consumptions in "slc" aqueduct service for public service companies located in Jamundí - Valle del Cauca. Market, technical, operational, legal and financial studies were carried out in the framework of the project, where the projection of demand, personnel required, technical and technological inputs, legal framework and financial evaluation. Which allowed to establish that the implementation of this new line is feasible of business in the company Hidroambiental Ingeniería S.A.S -HAISAS, aimed at large companies with a cost of sale of $ 1000 per unit for companies that provide public services, identified in the municipality of Jamundí. The study has the authorization of the partners and the legal representative of Hidroambiental Ingeniería S.A.S. for the analysis of technical studies and financial statements set forth in this document.
