| dc.description | Por medio de este trabajo de investigación, se realiza el diagnóstico de la situación actual del sector turístico en Santiago de Cali. Así mismo, se logra mostrar el nivel de competitividad del sector, basados en la adaptación del modelo de la competitividad de Michael Porter, en donde se evaluaron cada uno de los determinantes que influyen para medir el sector. De esta manera, conforme a los resultados obtenidos, se desarrollan alternativas que buscan aportar al mejoramiento de la competitividad del sector turístico de la ciudad. | spa |
| dc.description.abstract | Through this research work, the diagnosis of the current situation of the tourism sector in Santiago de Cali is made. Likewise, it is possible to show the level of competitiveness of the sector, based on the adaptation of the competitiveness model of Michael Porter, where each of the determinants that influence to measure the sector were evaluated.
