Propuesta para visibilizar los artistas pertenecientes a la cadena de la salsa en Santiago de Cali

Abstract

Salsa, that rhythmic, sticky rhythm that moves hearts and masses in the city of Cali, has a whole structure and many entities and even universities have turned their eyes on this musical genre, because apart from sweetening the soul, it has a history of suffering, crying, but also prizes, achievements and triumphs that pride not only a collective, but a whole city. It is important not only for those who enjoy this genre, but also for an entire community, to be informed of what happens in this chain of salsa or salsa industry, because being informed allows for solid arguments to safeguard the identity and the culture that so far is rooted in the caleños and is the benchmark that is visible in Colombia and in the world: salsa. The lack of structured communication mechanisms, that take the work of investigating from the beginning, everything that has happened in this beautiful world capital of salsa, that the protagonists look for to tell the story, that are pending to show talent , which every day emerges with the illusion of being seen, of being heard, not only in Colombia but in other latitudes, makes the salsa chain not have a good visibility that allows a positive projection in the country, including in the world.
