Abstract

The main objective of this work is to carry out a feasibility study of the application of the accounting information system for the multi establishments operation of Masrica S.A.S. MASRICA is a microenterprise dedicated to the production of fast foods, was founded in 2016 by Mr. Carlos Augusto Gómez, is located in the food court of the renowned Cosmocentro shopping center in Santiago de Cali; Being a small company and belonging to the simplified regime, its owner did not see the need to structure an accounting information system, therefore, the company does not have defined processes in accounting matters that allow it to know the correct functioning of these and the information financial regarding their income, costs and expenses, which faithfully reflect the results of the operation and the operation of the business for decision making, all administrative and financial operations are performed empirically by a single person, who keeps the accounts of sales, purchases and expenses in a daily book.
