Abstract

This work carried out an analysis and an evaluation of the different procedures that are executed in the Cootraemcali Cooperative in the portfolio state. Initially, a history of cooperatives and their trajectory over the years, the importance of strategies and the strategic plan that help the achievement of the objectives established by the companies, in the legal referent Normativity that governs solidarity cooperatives in the country The methodology used is qualitative and quantitative where different research methods are used and with the results obtained the methods of information treatment were applied. Through the diagnosis of the situation, weaknesses, opportunities, strengths and threats are identified through the DOFA matrix. With all the information that has been able to identify and identify the faults that are affecting the portfolio state based on this, strategies were proposed to reduce the indicator and to provide liquidity for a Company and the provision essential to the liquidity of a company.
