Estudio de factibilidad para la creación de un restaurante de platos típicos chocoano en la región del San Juan

Abstract

The next project will be a study of the feasibility of creating a restaurant with typical Chocoano dishes in the region of San Juan located in the department of Chocó, the idea was born with the purpose of publicizing and rescuing the traditional dishes of the department and that due to the great settlement of people from other cities who come to create restaurants where they offer dishes typical of their places of origin have generated that the very thing of the department is left in oblivion and now these generationals do not know their gastronomy. With this project we will practice what we learned during the whole career which the university relied on to instill in us a very striking entrepreneurial spirit which is important for a student of business administration who does not go out so much with the purpose of working for another. profitability to other companies when you have enough knowledge to create companies and generate jobs being fair in the remuneration, know how to compete honestly in the market and always seek the satisfaction of customers. A market study will be carried out to know the competition in this sector where it will enter, and to be able to make a good strategic planning that allows entering to compete in a market that is growing significantly contributing to the economy of the country. A technical study will be carried out which will allow to select the appropriate machinery for the manufacture of the products of the restaurant, in addition a study will be made of which is the most appropriate site for the location of the restaurant since a good location depends on the success of a company .
