Estudio de viabilidad para crear en Cali un restaurante de comida típica paisa

Abstract

The project described here corresponds to the research carried out to determine the viability of the creation of the company Silleteros Paisa, is a restaurant dedicated to the sale of typical Paisa food emphasizing a special atmosphere and showing the different typical dishes of the Colombian Andean region, especially to the Department of Antioquia and those of the Coffee Region. It will be located in the ten (10) district of the city of Cali, where, when analyzing the need of its inhabitants, they can be offered a meal option, in the midst of a fresh environment and a pleasant and different space focused on one of the most beautiful regions of our country. With the implementation of this business idea, it is expected to cover the market needs of a restaurant that offers specialized food. The birth of restaurants is due to the changes in the society in which they operate, due to a more advanced and more complicated social change, since fast foods are gaining strength and in every garage or corner of a street in the city they offer food without the respective sanitary control and risk the health of the consumers. In order to successfully carry out this business idea, several studies that are shown in this work were taken into account. One of them was the evaluation of the context, the market study was carried out whose diagnostic tool was the survey, likewise, the analysis of the administrative structure of the company is presented, with its positions and functions, the necessary logistics to function and the legal aspects to consider for the start-up of the business. The decision of operation will be taken if the financial feasibility study shows in its evaluation, that it is profitable measured by the net present value of the cash flow and the internal rate of return.
