| dc.description | La globalización consiste en unificar los mercados mundiales, permitiendo a las empresas buscar un mecanismo que permita obtener información financiera de las compañías a nivel mundial, este mecanismo se logrará gracias a las Normas Internacionales de Información Financiera (NIIF). La empresa Carnes Frías Enriko Ltda., es de tipo privada con ánimo de lucro. Es una empresa que se constituye por voluntades de sus accionistas con el fin de prestar servicios, ofrecer y dar a conocer sus productos, y con proyección de ser la mejor empresa de carnes frías del valle del cauca. El propósito principal del proyecto de grado fue analizar el impacto que tendría la NIIF 13 sobre de la maquinaria industrial de la empresa Carnes Frías Enriko Ltda. Es importante estimar el valor comercial mediante la medición del valor razonable, tomando como base de investigación y análisis, el balance general con corte al año 2016. Se buscará el mejor criterio y método de valuación para aplicar la NIIF 13 y a su vez, comparar si el resultado final del análisis es positivo o negativo para la empresa. | spa |
| dc.description.abstract | Globalization is about unifying global markets, allowing companies to search for a mechanism to obtain financial information from companies worldwide. This mechanism will be achieved thanks to the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). The company Carnes Frias Enriko Ltda. Is of private type for profit. It is a company that is formed by the will of its shareholders in order to provide services, offer and publicize their products, and projected to be the best cold meat company in the Cauca Valley. The main purpose of the degree project was to analyze the impact that IFRS 13 would have on the industrial machinery of the company Carnes Frías Enriko Ltda. It is important to estimate the commercial value through the measurement of fair value, based on research and analysis, the balance sheet with a cut-off to 2016. The best criteria and method of valuation will be sought to apply IFRS 13 and, in turn, to compare whether the final result of the analysis is positive or negative for the company. | spa |
