El objetivo del presente trabajo es implementar un sistema que mejore significativamente los niveles de atención a los usuarios de los servicios de telecomunicaciones que presta EMCALI EICE ESP, estos servicios son telefonía, internet e IPTV. La infraestructura de acceso a los servicios, desplegada principalmente en pares de cobre como tecnología de última milla, presenta frecuentes robos, afectando los acuerdo de nivel de servicio regulados y pactados con los clientes, lo que ocasiona que la empresa pierda participación en un mercado cada vez más competitivo. El 95% de la última milla de la empresa se atiende con pares de cobre, estos pares están agrupados con cubiertas plásticas que los protegen del agua debido a que su trayecto es vía subterránea. La empresa cuenta con una plataforma de presurización que inyecta aire a los cables permitiendo así una detección temprana en posibles rupturas. Esta plataforma está siendo subutilizada, y la información que se procesa se hace de manera manual, afectando los tiempos de respuesta ante posibles hurtos. Teniendo en cuenta que la problemática exige tener información en tiempo real, además de históricos para la toma de decisiones, se desarrolló una plataforma que acorta los tiempos de respuesta y almacena el histórico de la información. Para el desarrollo de la plataforma se realizó el diseño y asignación del direccionamiento IPv4, el cableado vía Ethernet de los equipos de presurización, el diseño de un mediador que se conecta y entrega información sin la intervención humana y el diseño de las interfaces para la entrega oportuna de la información.
El proyecto cubre las capas del modelo TCP/IP de la siguiente manera: en la capa inferior interface de red con la conectividad física de los dispositivos de lectura y con la configuración de las VLAN para el establecimiento de una LAN de gestión, la capa de internet con la asignación del direccionamiento IP a cada dispositivo conformando así una subred de gestión, la capa de transporte utilizando el protocolo TCP para asegurar la confiabilidad de la información y la capa de aplicación donde se desarrolla un sistema para la lectura, procesamiento y almacenamiento de la información.
Abstract

The service access infrastructure, deployed mainly in copper pairs as a last mile technology, presents frequent thefts, affecting the service level agreements regulated and agreed with the clients, which causes the company to lose participation in a market every more competitive time. 95% of the last mile of the company is served with copper pairs, these pairs are grouped with plastic covers that protect them from the water because their journey is underground. The company has a pressurization platform that injects air into the cables, thus allowing an early detection in possible ruptures. This platform is being underutilized, and the information that is processed is done manually, affecting the response times to possible thefts. Taking into account that the problem requires having information in real time, in addition to historical data for decision making, a platform was developed that shortens the response times and stores the information history. For the development of the platform, the design and assignment of the IPv4 addressing, the wiring via Ethernet of the pressurization equipment, the design of a mediator that connects and delivers information without human intervention and the design of the interfaces for the delivery were made. timely information.
The project covers the layers of the TCP / IP model as follows: in the lower layer network interface with the physical connectivity of the reading devices and with the configuration of the VLANs for the establishment of a management LAN, the layer of Internet with the assignment of the IP address to each device thus forming a management subnet, the transport layer using the TCP protocol to ensure the reliability of the information and the application layer where a system is developed for the reading, processing and storage of information.
