Propuesta de un “Manual de procesos para recubrimiento de galvanizado en caliente en la empresa Imevalle S.A.S”

Abstract

The aim of this work is to create a reference book for the area of galvanized at IMEVALLE S.A.S. Due to the need observed in the company and the lack of a handbook in the hot galvanized area. This handbook (o reference book) is done gathering information from the company also other metallurgical industries, organizing the information in such a way it fulfills the expectations that the organization has about the handbook creation. The handbook is created to help workers in the handle and operation of the galvanized area, thus contributing in the use of resources, given the need in the company and the lack of a handbook in the hot galvanized área, also it will help the organization to have a better control over the processes that are performed, achieving a better service and a competitive advantage.
