Mejoramiento del sistema productivo en la empresa confecciones Hebron

Abstract

The following project was aimed to improve the administrative and productive system in CONFECCIONES HEBRON Company. For the development of this project methodologies and proprietary tools of industrial engineering were applied and implemented, to achieve higher levels of production and efficiency. This way, the applied methodology and analytics used, were because several theories were employed and information was analyzed then used as a basis to produce its contents. They were formulated and executed in five stages: 1. Proposal for a distribution plant according to the available physical space, improving production flow and reducing time and motion. 2. Development of procedures manual for the production area of the company. 3. Determination of production standards and process diagrams for each line of products which provide a basis for measuring work. 4. Preparation of functions manual, description and job profiles to facilitate personnel management in the company. 5. Proposal of a programming methodology for cutting and production to improve efficiency in resource utilization. All this for the improvement of the administrative and productive system in the company. At the end of the document the respective conclusions and recommendations will be presented.
