Abstract

Through this work they share some of the problems that may arise in the selection process, also called selection and recruitment in other organizations, the temporary company S&A Servicios y Asesorías SAS, which is a temporary services company, where the knowledge acquired during the industrial engineering program and can prove how this race helps generate efficient and effective solutions with positive organizational impacts, ensuring not only ensure a quality process led to good customer satisfaction, were implemented but also, a reduction in costs incurred by the company, achieving analyze the cost - benefit of different services that can be provided. When performing a thorough analysis on the current state of the organization, proposals are presented to improve the quality of the service, increasing customer satisfaction and improving the work environment can be generated; taking into account the above, and applying mathematical methods that allow us to sustain the viability of each proposal given, it grew to appreciate significant reductions in cost overruns of the operation in the organization.
