Desarrollo de un método para la implementación de la práctica de las 5s en el área de producción de la planta de telares de la compañía Eka Corporación

Abstract

The weaving plant of the company EKA CORPORACIÓN presents a remarkable problem of order and cleanliness which will be dealt with in the present work. To face this problem, it is recommended to implement one of the Lean Manufacturing tools, such as the 5S practices; with the objective of developing a method that adjusts to the requirements of the organization and of solution to these two factors. In the first instance, an initial diagnosis will be made to know the problems of the company, in order to establish the method to be developed, to approve the implementation of the 5S, providing a possible solution to the problems of order and cleanliness. The methodology to be used will be qualitative and quantitative that will employ the photographic description, surveys and graphs, to analyze the foci without 5S. Therefore, it is proposed to develop a method that allows the company Eka Corporación to implement the 5S in the production area of ​​the Telares plant.
