| dc.description | El presente proyecto expone la propuesta de mejoramiento para el área comercial de microcréditos de la Cooperativa San Pio X Coogranada, donde se identificó como problemática el desconocimiento y la omisión de los procedimientos claves en el área mencionada, afectando drásticamente el rendimiento operacional y reflejando una mala imagen ante los nuevos asociados. Por este motivo la propuesta de mejoramiento busca de manera inicial levantar un diagnostico situacional en la cooperativa identificando las falencias en el proceso, seguido de la estructura de la propuesta, que se realizará y como se implementara, finalmente conocer el costos de la implementación explicando desde el punto de vista financiero y económico porque es necesario reescribir los procesos que actualmente se ejecutan en el área comercial, de esta manera, esta investigación será una alternativa académica para ser puesta en marcha y poder brindar un mejor acompañamiento, seguimiento y vigilancia hacia los asociados o clientes de la cooperativa Coogranada. | spa |
| dc.description.abstract | The present project exposes the proposal of improvement for the commercial area of microcredits of the Cooperative San Pio X Coogranada, where it was identified as problematic the ignorance and the omission of the key procedures in the mentioned area, affecting drastically the operational performance and reflecting a bad image before the new associates. For this reason, the improvement proposal seeks initially to raise a situational diagnosis in the cooperative identifying the shortcomings in the process, followed by the structure of the proposal, which will be made and how it will be implemented, finally to know the costs of implementation explaining from the financial and economic point of view because it is necessary to rewrite the processes that are currently running in the commercial area, in this way, this research will be an academic alternative to be implemented and to provide better support, monitoring and surveillance to the members or customers of the cooperative Coogranada. | spa |
