Abstract

The present degree work is approached from the hermeneutical paradigm which is developed through a dialectical method, in which the subjects themselves grant their own interpretation taking it to a field of science, it is also approached from the qualitative approach, since responds to a methodology that provides a more direct relationship with the object of investigation; For this, semi-structured interviews and the review technique were conducted. The Río Cauca Urbanization, due to its multiple interventions, can be called Artificial, since this, to date, is not harmonically healthy, therefore, it can be asserted that the strengthening of it was not achieved, and that as stated Dr. Lara, the quality of life of families was not improved, their conditions were improved, because many more elements are needed to improve them.
