| dc.description | En la actualidad se puede percibir que existe poca seguridad al dejar estacionado un vehículo en las calles o avenidas de la ciudad. Debido a que estos pueden ser raptados por ladrones quienes buscan aquellos vehículos que cuentan con pocas medidas de seguridad. En algunas ocasiones se cuentan con vigilantes improvisados que no cuenta con las herramientas necesarias para asegurar que el vehículo no será robado. A esta situación se les adiciona los pocos parqueaderos cercanos a las zonas de trabajo y también algunos no cuentan con las instalaciones precisas para el resguardo de los vehículos y en caso de suceder cualquier evento inesperado no responden por las ocurrencias sucedidas al vehículo, aunque la ley es clara frente a esto. “Puede asegurarse esta situación con las cifras que diariamente son reportadas de los robos de vehículos en Cali en diferentes modalidades.
