| dc.description | Está investigación pretendió conocer la significación subjetiva construida por cinco mujeres que se desempeñaron como policías en la ciudad de Cali, relacionadas, entre tiempo de dedicación laboral y tiempo familiar, mediante un estudio cualitativo de corte descriptivo. El instrumento utilizado fue el siguiente: Entrevista semi-estructurada, con el fin de describir las significaciones subjetivas construidas por las participantes frente al conflicto trabajo- familia e identificar las dinámicas dentro de la familia policial. Con relación a los resultados obtenidos, la investigación permitió identificar los cambios presentados en las dinámicas familiares durante el tiempo en el cual se encontraron activas, arrojando la influencia que tienen las significaciones subjetivas antes, durante y después de encontrarse inmersas en el contexto policial. Dado que estas tienen reacción directa en las acciones, conductas, y toma de decisiones para la conformación y modificación de la estructura familiar. | spa |
| dc.description.abstract | This research sought to know the subjective significance built by five women who worked as policemen in the city of Cali, related, between time of work and family time, through a qualitative descriptive study. The instrument used was the following: Semi-structured interview, in order to describe the subjective meanings constructed by the participants in the face of the work-family conflict and identify the dynamics within the police family. In relation to the results obtained, the investigation allowed to identify the changes presented in the dynamic families during the time in which they were active, throwing the influence of subjective meanings before, during and after being immersed in the police context. Since these have direct reaction in the actions, behaviors, and decision making for the conformation and modification of the family structure. | spa |
